My AFR was tuned to 13 across the board. Flat as a pancake. Timing is not agressive due to knock issues on 94 petrol. My 375 pull does seem a bit low when compared to other similar combo's. Lloyds heads picked up about 40RWHP over the stock heads. This a direct comparison on the same motor, same dyno, same cam. My chambers were CC'd to 55 and I'm using an Impalla head gasket so I'm figuring about 10.8 CR. Has 2" & 1.56 valves and comp springs w/steel retainers.
FYI, My car has always seems a bit on the low side on torque. Don't know why. I always chalked it up to 12 bolt and heavy street twin clutch affecting dyno results.

I just fninished installing Lloyd's heads/ LT's/CSI/cloyes/Aeromotive and it pulls hard. I was making 351rwhp on mailorder tune before this. I am sure I have false knock due to exhaust leak and header vibrating against k member! I would guess I am arouns 380rwhp as it sits. With tuning and reducing knock (pressuming I have it) I should see good gains.
I recently installed a set of Lloyd's also, with a 224/230 XE cam on a 114LSA, 110 ICL.
On the dyno it put down 362 to the wheels. This is an automatic with a Vig converter, so it might have put down 375 with an M6 due to drivetrain losses. Plus, despite me tuning it, it was still a little lean on the final pull (13.6 AFR), so richened up some it might have done 370 anyway.
I usually race on ET streets, but this time I ran on street tires just to save the hassle. It ran 13.6@107.9 with an awful 2.35 60ft...I spun so bad I had to let out completely and start over..I have totally forgotten how to launch on street tires!!!
Anyway, my point is that is with the tune as it left the dyno shop. I richened it up a little and launched better and ran 13.0 @ 108.7, so you can see the extra fuel helped the power out because the MPH was up almost one full mph. These runs were on an extremely hot and humid day..high 80s, 100% hum.
I expect that will the ET streets mounted and cooler fall air 12.5's @ 110 should be very attainable, maybe 12.4's at 111 in the right conditions.
So far I'm very happy with Lloyd's work and the cam works well...I got the 2.00/1.56 valves and the flow was 276/193 peak. I could have made more power with a 230/236 but this setup is very streetable and I drive it every day.

Yes a 12 bolt creates greater loss, but stock bottom cars can still put out over 400 with a 12 bolt, costing 30 RWHP, I dont see how.
Knock issues with 94 octane? I thought my 91 MTBE was crappy, but workable.
