It also took 2 weeks and was no cheaper than GMPartsDirect.
Unfortunately, you could wrap something in lead and UPS would still find a way to demolish the lead packaging. Must be a bunch of disgruntled people working there......

I find this all somewhat disturbing. Jason has always been cheaper, quicker, and more careful than any others I could find. But lately. . . . I just bought a new opti and it arrived this past Monday. I opened the box and there it was. No packaging, nothing just flopping around in the box. Fortunately there wasn't any damage. I also orderd a new top dash piece. Fortunately it was shipped in the same box they got it in so it was well padded. Wonder if some young, new help is taking care of the packaging and shipping??? But they wouldn't be responsible for the pricing!

I think they just decided that since they get so much business, they might as well raise the prices a little bit and nobody will notice. Especially people like me who believed that Jason has the lowest prices period and continued to buy until finally the higher prices and (although minor) the multitude of screw-ups drew my attention. I'm disappointed. I've bought TONS of parts from him before without a problem and the prices were good. I guess compared to a local stealership, he still wins so many people will continue buying.

Yup I work there.....stuff gets crushed pretty regularly, but not always the employees fault. When hundreds of packages come down the big slide they get jammed and the weight just crushes them.

We retape them but we dont have time to carefully wrap them. And supervisors don't even care if something gets broken. When u gotta lift 3,000 packages in 3 hours u just don't care that much about people's stuff. You guys should all ship fed-ex, they are less overworked
