Line Lock question.

A buddy of mine had a brilliant idea. Bought a solenoid from summit and just spliced it into his existing brake line. Total cost= $39. Wish I would have done that. I got the SLP and my car still rolls forward when I mash the gas. Think I need to rebleed.
