Another option would be to buy the line lock kit offered by SLP. IMO, 215.00 is alot to pay for a line lock kit. I believe I paid 139.00 for my SLP kit.

I went with the SLP kit and have gone through 3 Biondo solinoids rebuilds because of leakge out of the piston through the case. This was in a 3 month period. I now have swiched to the hurst solinoid and have not had one problem since. I spent well over $200 in rebuilding the crappy one that SLP supplies. But to each his own.

Well i may just go with the whole kit from thunderracing.com. Because i don't have the tools for bending pipes and stuff. It will cost me more but at least hopefully it will save me some time and headaches.
i would go with the summit one, yes same as hurst, found out the hard way, bought the hurst....
anyway, it stainless not alum so you don't have to worry about stripping threads, and they are rebuildible.
wiring is not bad just do it one step at a time, i love the button they give you , works awesome on an m6.

you mean the car stays put but the clutch is smoking instead of the tires??
if so then it sounds like your clutch is about shot or too weak of a pressure plate.
how are you starting out, do you rev it and dump the clutch or are you slowly letting it out?
