Doing a cam install soon....XE 224/230 w 1.6rr's. That will put me close to.550lift...I'm installing Lunatti springs good to .600. Car and motor has 80,000 miles on it with no problems...question is can I use exsisting lifters without any probs?

 

If they are working properly and look good, then yes.

I have the same cam and am using stock lifters. So far so good.

But if you have the money to get some Comp R's it wouldn't hurt.
