Lets See Pics Of Tall Valve Covers

I've already moved the alt. so thats not a problem.I thought about the Proform but their only a 1/4 taller from what I hear and i'd like to get some taller ones.I may still go with them though. The Moroso ones i'm not too crazy about because their a little to plain for me.I just love the look of the tall valve covers incase your wondering.Just post pics of all aftermarket valve covers,I gotta pick some out by tommorow night.
Thanks,
JE

Re: Lets See Pics Of Tall Valve Covers

when relocating your alternator, what kit did you use? did you get rid of powersteering as well? i can see you ac is gone... im looking for a kit to relocate the alternator and keep powersteering without using an idler pulley or anything

Nope, E-Bay
Ebay Link

There is another company on E-Bay (FatRodder) that sells the same thing, I think the pricing is the same as well. I paid $79.00 shipped to me.

I used the kit that relocated it to the drivers side while keeping the ac and power steering.I bought mine from Michigan Speed.

Note to sure if you are talking to me or not, but my powersteering is gone. I modified the existing bracket to relocate my alternator. My car is mainly used for bracket racing, thus don't need the powersteering.

Re: Lets See Pics Of Tall Valve Covers

Should I get polished aluminum or chrome?I don't mind paying extra for chrome but I heard that the aluminum is better to go with as far as fit, strength, quality, and such.I'd rather go with chrome so i won't have to worry about them getting dull in the future and having to repolish them.
Which should I get and why.
Thanks,
JE

Re: Lets See Pics Of Tall Valve Covers

no but you can ditch the air pump and put the alternator there. Hey James, you can get the chrome polished aluminum ones which will fit the same. I was just saying yesterday that since your intake, tb, and everything else is polished, get the polished ones to match. The chrome has a different look than polished aluminum.

Who makes a bracket for the Alt. to go where the AIR pump once was?? I would LOVE to move my Alt.
