Leaving HP at the track

My car pretty much sucks at the track. Below is a complete list of mods. Can someone tell me what I'm missing (other than a TH350)? I know this car has alot more power in it all motor.
1/8 mile time: 8.42
60 ft: 1.89
MPH: 83.3

CAR: 96 Z28 M6 New 355
MODS: 4.10 gears, LT4 heads, 1.6 RR's 218/228 .525" Hotcam, LT4 intake, descreened MAF with struts removed, Shortened shifter, Hooker Supercomp shorties, MSD 6AL (7000 pill) Blaster Coil, SS ram air conversion, Exhaust Cutout, !AIR, KYB AGX shocks all around (fronts @7 back @1), Eibach Drag launch springs, G2 rear lower control arms,G2 weld in subframe connectors, MT ET streets @15 PSI. MAD Z28 tune, LT4 KM, SLP Line Lock, Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch.

I think that's it, any help would be awesome. I'm trying to be easy on the wallet for a while, so a list of free mods would be great too.

Thanx

Your MPH is pretty low. Sounds like you may have a tuning issue. There are several reasons you might not be making the MPH you should. Even at 83-84 MPH you could be getting that car down into the 8.2s....

Your 60' times are poor for using ET Streets so you launch technique, track prep or burn-out (pre-heat tires) is lacking.

I think it could be in my 60 ft times also. I've been trying different launch techniques, the 1,89 was w/ a prostreet burnout, and dumping it at 5500. I spin a little off the line, but do feel a slight bog off of the line

I still say you are down on HP. Your MPH should be in the 88-89 MPH range with LT4 heads and a hot cam.

I agree, but that's my problem, I have no clue where my power leak is

My friends tell me that my car launches like a mother. My front 17x9 wheels are centimeters from coming off the ground.
