Try a bead of RTV. Why won't the factory rubber gaskets fit?

I don't see why you cant find gaskets that fit, replacements SHOULD work, but I don't know what kinda valve covers you got. Anyways, as the other members say, If you can't find them just use Silicon, just make sure you do a good job and it will be a nice secure seal.

good luck

They're somewhat small on stock valve covers as well. Just stretch them out a bit before putting them on. Use a bit of silicone on all four corners to keep the gasket in place if you have to. Screw that cork crap.

Cork gaskets are absolutely useless because they harden and have little compression. The neoprene (blue) gaskets are pretty flexible, dude. Leave them out in the sun for a few minutes and try again. Another possible solution would be to use some blue ones but cut them in the middle and patch them together with silicone. You want that compression, my friend.
