Leaking SLP shorties

I have a set of dual-cat SLP shorties that are leaking at the Y-pipe. I've tried the double gasket trick and that didn't work. There is a Y-pipe made by Stainless Works I'm considering, which has no cats. Will this cause any problems if used with O2 sims? Is there a better alternative, maybe a different gasket?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Joe

What year car and is it the dual cat setup? Also, did you you buy new gaskets for the y-pipe to header connection?

It's a '96. I've used new SLP supplied gaskets each time I tried to fix it. I even tried double gasketing with copper sealer and that didn't work either.

I got my y-pipe to header gaskets from a dealer since I bought my headers used. Single gasket on each works fine.
