Mid to high 11s with a good driver and DRs/slicks. Mid to High 12s on street tires.

400 at the wheels sounds reasonable to me as long as you have all your ducks in a row. But unless you can launch that sweet looking ride of yours I wouldn't count on 11's. Start saving for a 12 bolt with some shorter gears. For the rest of you guys check out his web page, very nice car!

thanks for the sweet comments, and before anyone says anything about the "ricy" interior, Im in the middle of toning it back a little Also I dont really run at the track that much, My main goal was to make the car into a sick road course car! Im dieing to hit up watkins glenn this year! with the new brakes and engine I should have a very well balanced car

Makes a lot more sense now. Road racing is the ****. Raced karts for years. Just make sure you keep an eye on all your temps. Don't cook anything, including your brakes. Oh and watch out for the rookies that think every lap is the last lap.

Ya nothing like a little patience! I wish I got to race karts when I was younger! instead I was out on dirtbikes tearing up hairscrambles and enduros! there wasnt much pavement out were I grew up.
Temps are something that I will never ever be caught again not watching. I learned that leason the hard way a few years ago.

Sounds like a hard runner.... any reason you didnt go with the larger primaries on the long tubes? I'm gonna guesstimate your HP at just about 400 and torque at 370.

well the only headers I could get that gave me the ground clearance I needed were the headmans and they only come in 1 5/8. The hookers1 3/4 were WAY to low and I would bottom out all over.

Kooks too pricey? I hear they offer some really good ground clearance.

Hey...guess you made it home with that rear stuffed into your car! Got Kooks installed on my 4th gen and all I can say is WOW! Worth every penny, if they make a set for your application..They are slip fit and tuck up real nice...

Take care...

Re: LE3 head LE2 Cam LT1 what should I expect?

Hey Alan, yup made it home fine, ripped the rear apart and everything looked great, the backlash looked perfect. I figured out where yuou were having issues tho. the pinion bearings were SHOT! so I stripped it and gave her all new bearing and seals and its look like a milion bucks! as far as Kooks are concerned you guys must not read my sig lol, Ive got a third gen, and I know I havent looked in a while but I wasnt aware kooks made anything for thirds. so If anyone knows of 1 3/4 primaries with better clearance than hedman please let me know!

Re: LE3 head LE2 Cam LT1 what should I expect?

Ya I knew it was a thirdgen but the clearance problems should be taken care of with the kooks. They are stepped so they give more ground clearance than the hookers, jet hots, and pace setters.
