Very nice.
Are you using LE - 230/234 .592/.592 111 LSA or 236/240 .592/.592 112 LSA?
Thanks
Brad

get a two step in it and launch it higher. You ahve the rear end to hold it, and your tires should hold no problem.

Id be doing a 2 step and launching about 5k

I have a MSD digital 7 with a 2 step in my car. Im a bit biased towards that. However its also around a grand.

Sixty-footing a M6 car well is difficult. While 1.76 isn't great, it isn't bad either. More seat time will certainly help get those numbers down.

oh for sure just need to get out there more. just sucks cause our track down here is probably one of the worst prepped tracks around and its always packed.

my .02 cents. get that thing tuned for real. after tuning on mine for a month (only a few hours on the weekends, mind you) i cant see a mail order tune being even close to right. it might give you a starting point but nothing more. did you atleast have the wideband hooked up on the dyno run and if so what were the readings thoughout the run? the real problem i see is in the ve tables at part throttle and closed throttle position. if that isnt right the car will wash the rings and bearings out or run too lean and produce tons of extra heat and risk buring a piston. good job so far just make sure you keep at it and finish it.

i dont really have the know how nor the ability to tune the car myself, wish i did though and the closest tuner to me that can tune lt1 cars is thunder racing and they want like $600 to do it. i dont really have to money on hand to pay for something like that....

while a mail order tune isnt your best option, it is obviously doing well for you. assuming your car is running well (seems like it is based on those track and dyno numbers), then hold off on the dyno tune until you get tired of the way the car runs now and have a little play money. you will most likely see a gain from a vehicle specific dyno tune, maybe 5 rwhp, maybe 30 rwhp who's to say. either way that's a strong MFer. spend the money on visiting your track and learning that sucker great numbers regardless. perfect example of an old LT1 still performing awesomely on somewhat of a budget.

You have done it right ~ what a strong car and the LT1 is just breaking in

Congratulations on a smart modded car. I am jealous!
