Last bolt on Headers

Last bolt on Headers

OK so i got my headers back and the last bolt on the pasengers side is sticking out about half way. I cant reach it from the top, how do i tighten it? from under the car? what can i do???


Car sounds like S#it Tick-Tick-Tick

PLEASE HELP!

Well....if your y-pipe is off you can get it from underneath pretty ease. If you y-pipe is in place try going over the engine from the drivers side to get at it....thats what I do. I swear youll feel like a real grease monkey climbing up on top of your engine

One thing that helped me alot with header bolts is a thin walled 1\4 in. swivel socket.

what i do is climb on top of my engine and put my hand really deep to the back of the passenger side engine.. u will feel like a monkey just like gb95zconv said earlier on...

For me its easily accessible from the bottom. Unbolting the starter is no problem. Just another minute or two plus it really simplifies access. I have no problem with undoing the starter but if you do the by all means tackle it from up top. Its just more comfortable for me.

for me, I can get to mine from the top with a 1/4 drive rachect.

Do what he said and unbolt the starter. It opens things up a lot, it's how I tackle my #6 & #8 plugs.
