2 new batteries later... same problem.. very weak start.. also.. whenever i move my power seat.. or windows... my batter gauge drops.... any ideas guys??? battery never fully dies.. when im not on the window or seat it stays around 12-13 volts...

 

check your main ground, or even the bat connection on the starter. If the Bat connection at the starter gets dirty or corroded it could reduce the amount of voltage transmitted.
