Kook's LT's touching an AC line..?'s inside
We installed the headers during the winter and we had to move the AC compressor to fit the headers in. Anyways we noticed one of the tubes (front passenger side) is pressed up against the AC line pretty good. Well I didn't worry about it at the time since I didn't need AC then and wanted to get the car runnin again. I still haven't put any R134-A and I was wandering if it would be a bad idea to put some in there and try to run the AC with the header primary touching the line? Here's a pic:
I've tried to bend the AC line out of the way, but not possible. I was also thinking of maybe putting a heat shield/wrap over the AC line in between them.

Some heat wrap should work fine, but i have read that too much heat can ruin a/c parts. I say just take the a/c off...for some odd reason i hate a/c even if it is hot out.
