knock sensor disabled,,run with out one at all?
hey, got a 97 forged/head/cammed lt1
madz28 tuning, had my knock sensor disabled, my knock sensor isn't even connected to my engine, its physically hanging,,
i sold my lt4 knock module . can i run my car without any knock sensor in my computer at all?
i just took it out and started it without one in there at all, and it idled just like normal.

you need to take the wire and add a 3.9k ohm 1/2 watt resister to it and ground it to the chassis or I think it will retard the timing going down the road on acceleration.
