knock sensor desesitizing circuit

Does anyone know how to do this, that could help me out? I used the "search" fuction, but could not find a detailed one. Thanks guys!

I am not too electronically skilled, and I am confused at this step:

Measure the resistance between ground and the blue wire that goes down to the knock sensor. Enter the resistance (in ohms) below:

How do I measure the resistance between gound and the blue wire? There is only one wire on the knock sensor.. Do you mean with the ohm meter, ground one side, and test the blue wire with the other side of the ohm meter? Thanks!

Yes. Basically, you are measuring the resistance of the knock sensor (but with a small amount of the lead wire connected to it).
