knock sensor delete

What type of gas do you use? Reg, mid or premium?

premium only i think where i'm at premium is 91. i put 104 in it once and it ran incredibly better no knock problems at all (but i like eating more than driving ).

I was only asking, and yes eating is better than driving. However you are getting knock, so I think you have a real problem that needs to be addressed.

You can wire a resistor inline then ground the end of the wire to the block. Been running mine that way for years. Sounds like you have bigger problems than that though.

I run 94 octane with the KS disabled because my oil pan touches my Power steering and my long tubes tap the aftermarket K-member at WOT.

I disabled the Knock sensor in my tune 7+ years ago. Never had any problems. Just set all of the knock retard tables to 0.

maybe my CR is too high. i have forged JE flat tops with the single valve reliefs in a 355. and i got my heads milled last summer with stock gasket thickness. i believe stock ported heads but not sure
