Would 11 degrees of knock retard be enough to make the car feel like it is cutting out? Car felt like it was gonna die and the engine was bucking up at around 4500 rpm. -- autotap showed 11 and then 9 degrees of kr around then.

 

It would make it low on power, but maybe not make it stutter or cut out.
