If you have headers already then depending on $$ you could get an AI install kit and the cam they suggest, or a cc503 is pretty common.

You NEED headers and some other bolt ons in order to make the cam worth anything.

If you don't want headers look into the "cadillac" cam or only the stock cam.

I'd say get a 3600-4k stall and full bolt ons first.

depends on emissions.

Longtubes are ideal.

Yes comp cams 503.

Look for a used one. they pop up pretty cheap fairly often. Also you can read up on cam specs and find ones that you like that will do what you want.

Stall, headers, intake, rockers are the big ones.

Stall itself will net the biggest gains.

As far as the rearend... be prepared at any power level.

Stock replacement lifters are the same used in the LS7 engines, so they are plenty for whatever you throw them at.

Keep the stock intake manifold.

Do you have a CAI already?

The $$$ for a larger TB would be better off spent elsewhere for just a cam swap.

stick with the stock throttle body. Bigger is a huge waste for you.
