Kick and i had a deal three months ago that he would give me my parts for my engine and the rest of my money.Well guess what he lied as usual,now he will not even come to the phone or call me, because he crawed back under the rock he came from.Denny Mc. and all the other guys discirbe Kick to a T.He would screw his own grandmother out of two cents,because that is the type of scum bag he is.If anyone wants to join me in a lawsuit aginst ARE let me know,i have the lawyer.Companies like ARE should be stopped, you pay your hard earned money and they intentionally give you junk.I have ARE hat and T-shirts and i have on them now AGOSTINO Racing Engines JUNK.I havn,t used my car much this year because of the pistons,Diamond pistons said they are not strong enough.I will pull the engine this winter and have the right pistons and rods installed for a blown engine.Kick Agostino cost me alot of money and work the last three and a half years.All i can say about him is he's a good liar and thief believe nothing he tells you.Buyer beware,i wasn't and i got stung.

I am super up on suing Nick Agostino.

Just remember he is a very good pathological liar, probably been in court a few hundred times and also probably doesn’t have a pot to **** in. I'm sure he is not an easy target but worth the effort anyway.

The last I heard he was working for some other company…… and yes…… people were complaining about getting screwed. Geez, can't figure out why.

I’ll do anything to get the industry rid of scum like Nick. I’d love to run into the stumpy sparkplug lying scum at some meet sometime. Love to!

Well if you need a lawyer, my father is one of the best lawyers in houston. Im sure he could recomend someone as he knows ALOT of attorneys nationwide that could handle a class action lawsuit if this is a common occurance.

I find it amazing to find out people are still being screwed by this guy...
These post have been going on forever, and it seems like every week or two there is a new occurance of him taking someone's money, or sending the wrong engine, or sending a junk engine, etc.

I guess I can't believe that word of mouth, and THE LAW hasn't caught up with these azzholes yet.

What is the deal here? These guys are ripping people off for FELONY amounts of money?!?! Why hasn't the law caught up with yet, or someone went there and knocked his teeth in for him?

TT for you, and this is no way meant to be an attack at people who have been scammed. I hope that EVERYONE that has had a shading dealing with these guys gets their money back, parts, etc (justice)
