Just got mine from Thunder racing. Had it in stock for the 92-95 LT1. Try 'em again.

Is this where it has a small notch in it so it will only go on one way?

When they key the hub, do they machine some of the inside of the hub? Is it still a TIGHT fit or is it less?

Just get the one from Jegs as that is where I got mine about a year ago. Same quality and exact piece as thunder racing.

Was it still a press-on fit or is it looser than the stocker?

I know it's not going to be "loose" but is it "less tight" than the stock hub? Just curious.

It's still pretty tight fit, but you have the notch now for the key as well. It's a circular design for the pully mount vs. the stocker 3 arm and the only thing I had to do was remove the locator dowl they put in the face of it to work with their pully. The stock pully/balancer works like a charm with it.
