Keeping comp rockers from coming loose?
Re: Keeping comp rockers from coming loose?
For the people who are having poly lock problems.
After setting your 1/4? turn, pull the allen lock tight. Then take the wrench and tighten the poly lock with a few bumps of your palm, when it gets real hard to bump it is tight.
Ya need to check to see how much stud is in the poly lock also. There should be AT LEAST 1/2". If ya don't have that much ya need longer studs.
There is NO need for locktite or anything else,JUST LOCK them CORRECTLY and tight.
Please make sure the FLAT side of the rockers shaft is UP. Y'll knew that, but thought I would mention it,'cause I've done that before.
