Re: K&N or Moroso?

I like my K&N, fitment was great. Have you thought about buying a used cai from somebody on the boards? I bought mine from somebody on here and it was only $60 shipped.

Re: K&N or Moroso?

perfect thread to ask this.......

I just bought the K&N FIPK for the LT1 and it fits like garbage. I had to cut a plastic tip off the electric cooling fan bracket, and it still rubbed on the top of the radiator bracket and on the bleeder. My dad and I have no lack of experience with cars and this thing still gave us trouble.

Did anyone else have issues with such a tight fit?

Re: K&N or Moroso?

I just won a used moroso intake on ebay for $86. I thought I remembered someone saying they had fitment issues with the moroso but I guess it could have been the k&n but I can't remember. Hopefully the moroso doesn't give me trouble.
