K&N Fipk info

I bought one of these used and only got the tube part I plan on putting a filter clamped right on the end but need to know if there is anything that comes with it to connect it to the maf, as I have not tried to put it on there yet. Thanks

there should be a rubber ring on one end of the boot, that is what goes into the MAF, good luck finding a replacement filter, i had hell buying one for mine. Supposively they changed the design for the FIPK for the LT1 Model, requiring a completely different size cone filter.

you should have some luck with K&N directly on the phone, your tube has a model # on it or should and they could find it that way, it's just a matter of fitting the flange. O'Rielly here in TX can order the replacement filters for that particular FIPK, I know because I almost ordered just the filter for a homemade version but went with a Moroso CAI instead. Good luck.
