K&N FIPK Cold Air for 95 Z28?

I want to ge the K&N Cold Air kit for my 95 Z28, which is equipped with ASR, but everything I've found says it can't be used on vehicles with traction control. Is this true? Can I modify it, or was this intended for a specific model/year? I would imagine someone else has come across this too.

Thanks,

Rob

I put a cold air intake on my car the other day but I have a 93 z28. I posted on this site about it. basically theres not really any reason why a cold air intake wont work on a z28 with traction control unless you have some kind of clearance problems under the hood of your car. you could always try installing it and if it doesn't fit just take it back. you will lose like 15 bucks for shipping maybe but oh well **** it.

No modification necessary. I *HAD* ASR/TCS and run an SLP cold air intake. No braking function can directly or indirectly be affected by your engine's air intake system.
