K-Motion 800 springs

Does anyone know if these springs are a direct drop in or if there is any machining required of the spring pockets for these. my buddy is going to run these with a cc 306 cam and was wondering if these would work.. cuz he already bought them.

No machining required. They will work fine.

With the stock heads the height of 1.85 will not be able to be reached with standard locks, get some +.050 locks and shim it up to the right height.

On a stock head I ran .050 locks and retainers with a .060 seat. You need to measure though!
