just in case anyone was thinking about trying it........we just did it today, and it totally sucks. if youre going out the top, pull the T56 and move it back off the transmission shaft first!

other than that, its pretty easy, and not nearly as dangerous as trying to go out the bottom without a lift.

 

Ive pulled 2 lt1's with t56's in the past week. Once youve done it before it gets easier. Once we get the chain connected and the motor mounts out its takes us about 15 minutes to pull and wiggle it out, provided we have everything off the engine and didnt forget something.
