Is it just me, or is this a little high.

There's a local car dealer that has a '96 SS. I had driven by several times and just had to stop and look at it. In my opinion, the "96 SS is the best 4th-gen. I'm not a big fan of the newer interior or the bubblled-up headlights. The car was flawless, not a sratch on it. It had black leather, t-tops, m6 etc. It also only had 20000 miles on it, but he was wanting $23,000 for it. This particular dealer is known for only having the best stuff and getting the top dollar but lord, $23,000 for a seven year old car just seems a little steep. I thought $13,000-$16,000 would be about right. In a way I'm glad it was WAY out of my price range. I will have my car paid for in about six months and really don't want a car payment for the next five years. At that price maybe it will be there for a while so I can still drive by and look at it.

DAMN!!! That's WAY TOO HIGH!!!!! Only an idiot would pay that much. I'd rather make my car into one b4 I'd pay that!!! Plus, save tons more $$$. But then, it wouldn't be a TRUE SS. Wouldn't bother me.
