Just installed SLP cai and have a ?

Is the MAS supposed to be a little sloppy fitting where it goes into the SLP tubing? I just put the clamp on the slp part and I could just pull the MAS out easliy. I then just stuck the other end of the MAS into the rubber bellow and tightened that down. Should it be that sloppy? Seems like it wouldn't seal very good being loose and not have the rubber seal tight.
I can't remember if the slp was like this on my other z. I put that one on like 8 years ago.
Thanks
Brandon

No, it's supposed to be a tight fit. I've got it on mine and there is no play at all; very good fitment.

Make sure you still have the rubber fitting that goes between the CAI and the MAS. If your sliding metal into metal; it's wrong.

I had the same problem, the stock rubber bellow has a groove inside that the MAS will fit into. take off the bellow and take a good look inside it and you'll see it. When you have the MAS in that groove it will be as good a fit or better than stock.
