Just installed Pace Setter long tubes and duals.....
Alot of people need to jack up the motor and grind the K-member with Jet-Hots.....I didn't have to do any of that with the Pacesetters. They both slipped right in from the bottom without any problems, just had to bend the AC line on passenger side like with most other headers.

Pacesetters don't have a slip-fit primary.....but even if they did, what would that have to do with connecting the exhaust?

That's a possibility, but the easier way to do it would be to expand a piece of piping to make it slip-fit over the collector, then clamp it.

I didnt have to jack my motor up either. The only thing we had to do was bend the AC line and thats about it. I did have some slight rubbing on one of the primaries on the drivers side from the steering shaft. We made a small adjustment and now it doesnt touch and with any long tube header install you have to extend the 02 harnesses.

Found this today, thought some may want to try and get it
.Guess it depends on the cost on what Poorman and LT1pony spent for theirs,to decide if worth it.

Oh my god! thats amazing!!!
I'm very seriously considering buying that. I wish the headers were coated, but that can always be fixed I suppose. Are Edelbrock mufflers any good? My thoughts are that they would sound good, but be restrictive? Anyone with thoughts or ideas about this let me know because I'm really considering it.

I hear they're really quiet. I hope not, that would be a dealbreaker haha. I just want a muffler thats as good as a Flowmaster 40 series or better. All advice welcome and thanks in advance.

Im waiting just like you guys are. I talked to my buddy today and he says his internet is messed up. I may have him just come over to my house and upload the pics on my computer. Sorry for the wait but to be honest, if youve seen one good dual setup, youve seen em all. There will be some slight differences but they are pretty much the same. I WILL have the pics soon.
how loud is this setup?? i am really interested but i dont want to to be really loud. i know someone with a ls1 with LT and slp loud mouth and high flow cats and it sounds good but i wouldn't want to drive around in it all the time. i think it would get anoying and the cops are already chaising him around. would this set up be louder???Is their anyway to quiet it down with out losing alot of preformance??
If you go with the long tubes, duals through an x pipe, and bullets it will be louder than your buddies LS1. It will be deeper and alot more throaty. Its not annoying at all to me, I love it. I now have pics and if any of you care to see message me on AIM or email me and I can send them to you all.
