Thumbs up Just installed 218/224

Just finished and took her for a spin.It fired right up,no problems.If you a re wondering,I am happy with it.No,I dont wish I went bigger.You can feel the lope and it does surge.Excellent cam.

As I'm sure you know track times are a function of many variables and not just cam selection. I'm at the track often (w/a blown, SBC roadster on alcohol: 4.8x 140mph) but I don't race the Camaro. So I can't help answer your question. I do plan to get the Camaro on a dynojet this summer and I'll report the results.

Surely there are some guys with this cam that can comment now on tested results.

I know a buddy that ran that cam and gtp ported heads back in 99. he ran a 12.8 at 112 w/ 3.42 gears obd1 street tires and a stiff road race suspension. et's just have too many variables, my cam is similar and I've run a 12.8 at 109. traction is my biggest problem and the gears don't help. If I had a 12 bolt I would throw some slicks on and really see some et's .
