Just had a pretty scary moment.

I have put about 4k miles on my new engine and it has been running way rich since then. I went to check the plugs earlier and the very first one i went to take out i started putting some pressure on it and i heard SNAP, I went holy **** no way. Lucky it broke off right before the part where the wrench goes and it was only the tip, I was able to get it out OK. The plug has some plug hard grime on the end of it, should it be like that with only 4k miles?? Also, the white porcelain part that goes up to the top of the plug is kind of reddish looking at the top, does that mean anything?? Thanks, Dustin.
