Just had an engine rebuilt, seems like there's problems

Just got an engine rebuilt and there's already stuff going wrong!!

The first little thing I noticed is that it's ideling rough, and for the worst part, after 2 days I can hear knocking! It sounds like and old truck engine worn out! Any clues on what this could be? I'm bringing it bck in next saturday to have them look at it.

Another little thing I can't figure out where it goes is a little plug with an orange end. The wire comes from the bck of the brake master cylinder and I can't seem to find where it goes.

ideling rough? did you get a camp swap? after it's rebuilt, it's best to reprogram the computer...
rebuilt to stock specs?

did your opti get changed?
were new plugs put in? new wires? were they in all the way?
knock sensor?

give more detail regarding the rebuild.

Is your oil pressure ok? Have you romped on it? Is it a knock or a clacking? Could it be your valve adjustments are a bit off?

oil pressure is fine. Nop haven't hit her hard Would'nt be able to say about the valve ajustments, the garage will have to check that. It's definetly a knocking, sort of like if you put bad regular in instead of premium (knocks when it forces).

I noticed last night that the car was knocking under load, almost like the timing is off, is that possible?
