Just got motor in, Got a few questions

My question is, why is my car slower now than when it was stock?
I have a 97 a4 z28 with a 2.73 gear.
My new mods are: Ported/polished heads, dual valve springs, cc305 cam, 1.6 crane race rockers, 2500 stall, BBK Headers, ported mass air, BBK pulley, trick flow elbow, have the fel-por head gaskets, and the computer was done my madz28.com.
When i drive the car, (it has the exhaust ended at the y-pipe) it makes a lot of noise but doesnt go anywhere. I was wondering if i needed to change the gear in it to make the car work like it should? Can yall please help me. The car doesnt have any ticken or any misque's. I just wondering why it isnt as powerfull as it should be. maybe my expectations or to high
thanks peoples.

When you say it's slower did you run it in the quarter or are you just guessing?

Well it's probably going to be all in the tuning. My car with all the mods ran a little better then stock until I had it dyno tuned by Bryan at PCMforLESS.
