well now after leaving the car with the paint shop to get resprayed i get the call i wasnt hoping for.... they tell me that they pulled the car out to clean it up so i can pick it up tommaro then they tell me they cant get it started to pull it in the shop i hear the car crankin in the backround im really scared they busted something

Sounds like Tucan Sam put some fruit loops in the intake when no one was looking.

 

probably something stupid... check spark? Maybe a blown fuse?

Check all the grounds where they did the paint work.

I had the same problem after I painted my engine bay and found the I wasn't getting a very good ground at one location.

I had the same problem. Only with mine they ran down the battery. Im guessing they didnt disconnect the battery the whole time it was in there. Which was like 2-3 months. So they put a battery charger on it and it started, but the first time I turned it off, it wouldnt start again. Somehow they ruined my battery, which i got at walmart not too long before it went into the shop so it was still under warrenty, they ended up replaced it with a new one.

Thats what i would check first. Seems like a common problem. If thats not it, you might want to check the grounds, maybe they forgot to hook one back up or maybe they dont have a good contact.

It could be a dozen or more different things. No way to diagnose without more data.
