He does LTx complete ported heads for 800 dollars. What could I compare these heads too? What are some normal flow numbers on them? Is this a good place to get ported heads?

 

Those are not complete ported heads. You are only getting the port... no valves, new seats, guides, seals or springs. Usually porting is the cheapest part and if you shop around youll find $800 just for porting is kinda steep.
