jet hot lt headers vs straight plugs

I just recieved my headers from jet hot, and they are beautiful. however will the plug access on my impalla motor in my 1997 TA be bad? The spark plugs are not angled like the aluminum Fbody heads, instead they stick straight out. Did i just make life that much harder on myself?

Probably not too many B-Body people here. Ask over @ www.impalassforum.com .

I'll try, but long tube headers for Bbodys are different than what they are for our Fbodys, so I think the Fbody people would have the better idea for what I am asking for. Anyone with these headers have a guess??

Yeah... no matter if its a b body or f body you do not want a straight plug for plug number 5 plug on the drivers side. A 90 degree plug already is to close for comfort. With the 90 degree angle plugs you can better angle the wires away from the header's primaries.
I would not use straight wires.

You kind of lost me but I think what you were getting at is to get 90 degree end plug wires, which I already have, but do you think there is enough clearance and working room with the straight in spark plug style heads I have on the motor now with these headers?

oh oops...

You'd have to know the locations of the primaries, how tight they hug and how far the plugs stick out...
