Jet hot headers are wrong

I just got my headers after waithing about 15 days and got nothing more than the silver coating. How long did it take you guys to get yours.

When I ordered mine I ordered the black 2000 coating and he said it would take longer to do the coating and I said ok. It was only $50 more and I paid all with CC. Well the headers I got are the silver ones and the reciept on the box says I only ordered the silver ones. But why did it take so long.

I am going to get ahold of jet hot tomorrow but I just felt like telling someone this. There's nothing I can do tonight and I just got home from work and found out they are the wrong headers.

The problem is that I ordered over the phone and I don't have a confirmation number of anything. O well...I guess I'll get it sraightened out tomorrow.

I have faith in jet-hot. Probabally just an honest mistake.

But I was just wondering how long it takes to get the silver ceramic headers delivered. Because the wait was long enough to get the black ones but I got the silver ones. Just curious. nothing else to talk about.

They are a good company, I had a problem with the AIR fitting on my hooker shorties, I contacted chris and he gave me the customer serivce reps # and then he go me directly to a guy at hooker who was aware of the defect in the headers for the some of the 95 lt1's (1 in 90) he gave me the gm part #'s I needed to correct the problem. Jethot even offered to replace the headers themselves.

Yeah I guarantee they'll take care of you. I was joking around with one of them on the phone when I ordered my headers a couple months ago. Pretty cool guy whoever I talked to.

I'm sure you were frustrated, but have a little patience. No reason to post anything on the situation...yet.

Good luck. Chris at Jethot took care of me.

Jet Hots customer service is outstanding IMO. Chris is really pleasant to deal with, I did one of the Hooker shortie GP's a while back, and I will most likely be back for the LT's soon. I'm sure they'll fix yer situation.

This is a post that is lame...have you called them to resolve the issue? NO. Did they tell you your out of luck, to bad? NO.

People make mistakes and you have not even given them the chance to resolve it and your posting this crap.

Well I'm not posting crap about jet-hot. And I would have called them except I didn't get home from work to see the headers until 10:00 last night. I like jet hot and I think they are a great company. I wasn't trying to talk crap about them...I was just wondering how long it normall took to get the headers. Because on the phone they said about a week for the silver ones and a week longer to have the black coating put on. I was a little upset but like i said in my post, it's probabally just an honest mistake. And I will give them a chance to take care of it, just as soon as I get home today and get a chance. there's no need to start an argument over this because I'm not trying to. And there's no reason to post a reply if you think it's a lame post. If you don't like it just move on and don't take the time to reply.
