Items needed for 383 build

Can you guys give me some suggestions on things i will need for my upcoming 383 build. The car is a 96' SS, mods to date are Pacesetter LT's, ORY, borla catback and 4.10's. The car will be driven a few times a week, not everyday and I'm looking for atleast 450whp N/A. Hydraulic roller also. I would like to run a 150 wet shot eventually. I'm probably going to go with AI for my head/cam selection since i'm in NC, what H/C combo would you recommend from them? 24X/25X on a 112lsa? I will be getting the intake port matched to the heads and i'm assuming i need to upgrade the fuel system also. 32lb injectors? what brand? Fuel pump? Probably getting the 383 shortblock APE is offering right now, With running a 150 wet shot will the rods, crank and pistons need to be forged? What brand crank, rods and pistons should i go with? Suggested Compression ratio for achieving 450whp? Canton oil pan and melling pump needed? electric water pump? what 58mm throttle body? If i'm missing anything please let me know, suggestions are appreciated.

Thats a lot of questions in on paragraph! What you REALLY need to post is how much $$ you have budgeted to spend on this buildup since THAT is the deciding factor for parts you buy. Also, are you going to do the work yourself? Any of it/ all of it? Any money spent on supporting things like a stall for an auto car or a good clutch for a manual car? Too many unanswered questions for us to give you an educated answer...

I'll be pulling and installing the motor myself, I will have someone assemble the long block for me. The car is a 6spd and I already have a clutch. I'm looking to spend atleast 6-8g.
