Iridium Spark Plugs

Is any one running Iridium spark plugs and do you like them? I have been looking at the NGK iridium plugs and want to now if they are worth buying and will help and have longer life than the NGK TR55 or TR6.

I do run nitrous and get tired of changing plugs with my longtubes. It is a real pain and a 2 to 3 hour job.
