Intake runner

There is a hole in the intake runner on my heads!!! I just bought some used ported heads and two of the intake runners have holes what look to be right under the rocker stud. Is this something to be worried about? Does that go into a water or oil passage or just empty space? I guess they just over ported them? Is there any way to fix it?

That's normal, my LT4 ported heads have these hole in all of the intake runners. Make sure you use thread sealer on the stud threads.

Does anyone think this will mess with the air/fuel ratio?

As was mentioned, just use a little thread sealer and you will be fine.
