Re: intake gaskets????

Do not gasket match the heads, you will create a fat spot in the middle of the combined intake manifold/head runner which will do nothing more than screwup air velocity.

The cam is a pretty poor choice too, any hope of helping you out there or are you committed?

If you search here you will turn up this thread on gasket matching.

Re: intake gaskets????

dinosaur grind with low lift lobes on a ridiculously large LSA because it was designed back when everyone believed the pcm couldn't handle a proper lobe separation. The quick NA cars these days are running 108-110lsa. Modern springs allow us to run .600lift on the street too where you are looking at .544.

For the level of expense and effort I would strongly encourage you to try and get maximum benefit. Pick a XFI grind of similar duration, a set of 918s and you will be OK with the smaller XFI cams. Cam will cost the same.
