Intake gaskets
Does anyone make a intake gasket for ported intake runners? Teh last time I had to work on a set of Felpros half a day to get the intake runner holes to clear. Anysuggestions

Well if that's what works for you, cool deal.
You can buy gaskets that are bigger than a stock port, but you'll still need to do a little trimming since no two heads will be ported the same, except for CNC'd castings but still no gasket will match perfect.
Usually find the gasket that fits closest and stick it to the head with a couple dabs of RTV. Line it up as close as you can then let it set up. Then go back with a razor and trim the edges.Be careful not to get pieces down the ports. As for port matching, there are several different ways to layout what needs to be ground.
Gasket and port matching parts is free HP. If it's not done, the air hits a wall and you get turbulence, dead spots and HP loss. It's worth the time.
