Among the first things to do is re-check the 71 ft. lb. torque spec. A 3/8" steel bolt threading into soft aluminum at 71 ft. lbs is a recipe for disaster. (Just took a quick glance at Shoebox's torque matrix and it shows that the first stage should be at 71 in. lbs.)

The most logical solution at this point is to take the manifold off and inspect the damage. There may be a few threads left in the bottom of the hole that the bolt didn't reach. If there aren't enough threads left to guarantee a secure seal, repair will be necessary. Repair solutions include a thread insert or a helicoil and it may be necessary to remove the head in order to make sure that the new threads go in straight.

Good luck.

Remove intake and install thread insert or heli-coil.

No one is going to be able to give you an answer to how much it will leak. I wouldn't do it though. It could cause anything from leaking to warping of the manifold. Take it off and do it right, this isn't backyard mechanics.

G'luck.

Unless the bolt was in the back it's not gona leak, assuming you get some kind of pressure on it w/ a new threads.

You could use duct tape, but I recommend repairing the threads.
