Just replace the spark plugs
. You will want the socket and the wrench for the end of the spark plug socket. I would just get headers if I were you
The only install guides would be what position you should get in to change the spark plugs... lol. I have to get in some halarious positions for the #6 and #8 spark plugs even with hooker longtubes, only takes me like 20 mins though. Stock manifolds you can get most of the spark plugs underneath. Drivers side is easy and if you are replacing wires on the passanger side you will want to remove the alternator and loosen the PS pump.

the driver side is not so bad, front 3 from the top and the back one you can get from underneath. the passenger side is a bit more difficult. the tricks are to remove the alternator and the pass. side motor mount bolt, this way you can jack the engine up 2 inches or soo. this allowed me to access all the plugs on that side from the top without much problem.
the other nice thing about the spiro pros is the 8mm size is just small enough to fit in all the stock wire looms...
i was able to do it for the first time, by myself, in about 4 hours. this included the wires, which took probably close to 2 hours combined themselves (routing is a btch on some)
PM me if you have any other ??

take your y-pipe off it helps, number 2 plug is a bear. i changed my plugs a week after i got my z. i had no clue what i was doing, but youll figure it out. its not really difficult just a pita.
I did mine without taking off anything just be prepared to look like you got in a fight with a cat and lost.
My arms get swollen and scratched up bad but the job gets done.
By the way removing the Air Conditioning makes things alot easier.
Then do what I did and leave it off.

now i'm installing new sparkplugs, coz my car had constant missfire...so i guess i had to change new sparkplugs..
thanks anyway for the info..i'd appreciate it
thanks a lot guys..
You may already know this, but wait until the engine is cold to change them. When I say cold, I mean really cold, because the heads are Al, and you don't want to strip the threads when removing the plugs.
I found that a angled head ratchet helped me alot. the handle is longer than a standard ratchet too, so that helps.

Please do not over tighten the plugs.Plugs=steel,(heads,aluminum).Don;t strip the head threads.Just tighten them with a good 1/4 turn.My02(If you should strip out the threads, there is an after market kit you can get to rethread new threads into the head.Alway use anti seize on the threads of the plugs.Schools out.My02
All you need to remove is the alternator and the y pipe. Just be creative and you can get all of them. It would make your life easier for a couple of the plugs if you had somebody with small hands... I learned that by trying to get the last two on the passenger side and after at least 45 mins or an hour trying to get one started my friend swinged through by chance and he got them both in like 2 minutes. , good luck it's not that hard at all, just time consuming.

now my worry is that i still have the missfire after i changed 7 sparkplugs..one more sparkplug is underneath the altenator(no time yet to open up)..
so do you guys think that its the sparkplugs wires?? or is it my opti??
coz when the engine is cold theres no missfire. when the engine get hotter my rpm start to go between 600-900rpm(when i put into the D gear)..its like the car purges forth and back...but when i floored the pedal gas, the power is still there..
so what u guys think must be the problem???
thanks a lot for the info
