installing SFC?

I just got some BMR boxed subframe connectors for christmas, and was wondering for those who have installed them, how long exactly or hard was it to do?

Are they bolt in or weld in?
Bolt ins are not hard you should be able to install them in a few hours.
Better to have someone who can Weld to install those that need welding.

Do note that they are talking about DD's. I would assume that your boxed wouldn't taked near as long.

I don't know if it REALLY matters but I have heard that it is best to half them welded with the suspension fully loaded. So a drive on lift is prefered.

Yep drive on, and those BMR's shouldn't take them more than 20 minutes for both.

It definately takes more than 20 minutes. I would say about an hour on average. My BMR tubular's took even longer than that, but we did the welding ourselves and were taking our time. You have to unbolt the rear control arm and bolt the SFC to that hole. Than you need to prep the surfaces for welding(grinding down to bare metal.) Then line them up. Then weld them. And yes, you want them on a level surface with the suspension loaded. Also, you will want to paint the area after it has been welded to keep rust from building up.
