Installing motor from top with inake on???

Can the motor go in from top with intake and valvecovers on or do I have to leave them off and then install them after its in? thanks!

Im mainly worried about getting to those top 2 trans bolts with the intake on. I took them off from top when removing the motor and that made it easy to pull. getting at them through the tunnel looked almost impossible...

You can install the motor with both the intake and valve covers on. It takes a little maneuvering though.

It would be a lot easier with them off. To get to those two bolts on a manual you can just drop the back of the Trans. down.
