Installing Headers should I do new plugs?

I am installing my new headers. I have about 4000 miles on my current plugs and wires. Should I put in the taylor over the valve cover wires and ngk. I currently have ac delco wires and plugs.

Thanks

Do you have platinum plugs in your car right now? If it were me, since your plugs and wires are pretty new, I'd just leave them in. Just make sure when you install your headers you have plenty of clearance between the headers and the wires.

I dont know which ones they are but I know they were the best you could buy and I paid about 6dollars a piece for them. So do you think I should even put in over the valve cover wires?

Since you paid 6 bucks a pop, i would say they are pretty good, and onyl 4000 miles isnt that much i would wait for a while, but if you were thinking about it, now is the time.

I would definitely go ahead and change them....

Not that they are in need of changing, but the miles you have on your current plugs makes for a quicker change, which BTW isn't all that fun with headers.

I was in the same situation when doing my headers, but I went ahead and did the Taylor OVC kit and installed some NGKs...I mean for the price of plugs, why not?

Hope this helps

I figure either way you should be all good. I mean 4k miles isnt much, but so is the price of new plugs.

I'd probably change them if it were me doing it, but you dont have to persay.
