installing front seals

Trying to get the seals put into my timing chain cover. I got the small one for the water pump shaft in using a socket to hammer it in. How do I get the other ones in?! Is there a tool you can rent from AutoZone that helps with this or something? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

Re: installing front seals

Ya can use a hammer to start them square and a large dia. metal rod to drive them, but hit them on the 90* edge only and just hard enough to move it hitting from one side to the other and get it square. A seal driver would be nice but it's a lot of buck's.

Tip:If '93-'94 put the opti drive in the seal and fix it where seal is not turned wrongside out, same with pump drive except just check the pump drive to get seal right. Leave them in the seal and carefully install cover and place drive shafts in their place while installing before bolting.
