Installing cat-back questions

I got a TSP rumbler catback and the SLP installation kit also. Where do I have to cut the stock exhaust off at? I have access to a lift and a sawzall, but I've never done anything like this before. Any other tips I need to remember before I do this?

Thanks a lot guys

It's that easy? I thought the old exhaust would be so rusted that i would have to cut it

Re: Installing cat-back questions

if its that rusty then just get some PB Blaster and spray it on and let it soak for a few minutes. If it's still bad, spray it again and try to work the nuts off. They should come off. After you get the flange undone, you might have to cut it near the axle so you can get the old exhaust out.

Unbolt the flange, then you will have to cut the existing exhaust somewhere just in front of the axle. Remove the straight piece of pipe that goes between the flange and the cut, then work the back section out.

Good luck getting them off, unless they're aftermarket tips. Stock ones might take a little work and some cutting and welding.
